1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (the "DAPOS Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("you" or "your") and DAPOS, LLC ("us," "our," or "DAPOS") and govern the provision and use of our services, including mobile applications, websites (www.drubyapp.com), software, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Additional terms, policies, or guidelines related to specific aspects of the Services may also apply. If you disagree with any of these Terms, you must stop using the Services immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights and Licenses
DAPOS grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App, Website, and other Services solely for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Services or any of their components. All rights not explicitly granted to you are reserved by DAPOS.
The use of any open-source software included in the Services is governed by its respective licenses, but the DAPOS Terms will take precedence to the extent permitted. All intellectual property rights remain with DAPOS or its licensors.

4. Services and Partner Services
DAPOS offers various Services, including ACH transfers and international remittances, some of which are provided by Partners. Use of such Partner Services is subject to their terms and policies. Refunds, cancellations, and any liability related to Partner Services are governed by the Partner's terms.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, infringe on intellectual property rights, or engage in any activities that could harm DAPOS, its Partners, or other users. Breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access to the Services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAPOS, its affiliates, and Partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
7. Termination
DAPOS may terminate these Terms and your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately, and you must delete all copies of the App and other materials.
8. Miscellaneous
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and DAPOS regarding the Services. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration as governed by U.S. law.
